1:1 Video Calls on Fantrie

You can initiate 1:1 video calls with creators you are subscribed to or following on Fantrie.

Starting a Video Call

• Creators with Video Call Settings ON

  • Fans can initiate a video call only if the creator has enabled their video call settings.

• Creators Calling Fans

  • Creators can directly call fans even when their video call settings are turned OFF.

Video Call Connection

• The call begins once the recipient accepts the incoming request.

Troubleshooting Video Call Issues

If a video call is not connecting:

1. Ensure that microphone and camera permissions are enabled.

   • Calls will not connect properly if either permission is denied.

2. Check your browser compatibility.

   • Connection errors may occur depending on the browser being used. If the issue persists, try switching to a different browser.
