You can manage the following items under Personal Settings:
Profile Setting
- Change your profile image and cover image on the My Page.
- Edit your user ID (Allowed characters: uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, underscores, periods).
- Update your nickname (up to 15 characters).
- Edit your brief bio (up to 500 characters).
- Add location and website URL.
- Select your date of birth and gender (with public/private visibility options).
Account Setting
- Phone Verification: Securely encrypts your phone number; even the operator cannot access it.
- Switch to Creator Account: Available once phone verification is complete.
- Choose whether to make your real name visible.
- If registered via email, your email address will be used as your ID and cannot be changed.
- Add SNS accounts (at least one is required to switch to a creator account).
Payment Method Management
- Navigate to [Settings] > [Personal] > [Payment Method Management] to change your card.
- If only one card is registered, you cannot delete or change the payment method. You can add a new card by clicking [Add Payment Method].
- If two or more cards are registered, you can select one as the default payment card.
- Fantrie does not store card information on its servers in compliance with legal requirements. Instead, it uses a billing key issued by a payment gateway through a REST API to process payments securely.
Change Password
- Update your password by following the password policy and reset instructions.
- If you signed up using a Google account, you can reset your password from the login screen.
