To use Fantrie, you need to create a Fantrie account.
Fantrie supports login via email, Google, Twitter, and Apple ID.
1. Email Signup Verification
When signing up with email, a verification link will be sent to the registered email address.
Once you click the verification link, the registration will be complete, and you can log in to Fantrie.
If you do not receive the verification email within 10 minutes, please check whether your email account is inactive or if the email has gone to your spam folder. Also, try adding the address product@fantrie.com to your contact list and reattempt account verification.
If you still do not receive the verification email, please contact us at contact@fantrie.com. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that you cannot sign up with an email address that has already been registered. In such cases, please use the password recovery option.
2. Apple ID Verification
When signing up with Apple ID, a two-factor authentication code will be sent to your device.
Once you enter the code displayed on your device, the registration process will be complete.
3. Google and Twitter Social login do not require additional verification steps.
4. External browsers (Instagram's in-app browser, Naver app browser, KakaoTalk in-app browser, Whale browser) do not support Google easy login due to Google’s policy.
Supported browsers for Google easy login include: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, and Edge.
