Password Policy

We recommend setting a password with at least 8 characters, combining at least 3 of the following: uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

While the password for your Fantrie account is encrypted and securely stored in the database, using the same password across different services can put your accounts at risk. If your computer or mobile device becomes infected with malware or viruses, your Fantrie account and other accounts could be compromised. Please take extra caution regarding security.

For security purposes, if Fantrie detects abnormal or repeated logins from the same account, we may temporarily restrict the account or request additional verification.
