Fantrie complies with the Korean e-commerce law. '


Fantrie's services, including creator subscriptions, unlockable content, and PPV (Pay-Per-View) product sales, are based on the provision of digital content. These digital goods are made available immediately upon purchase, and their value significantly diminishes once accessed. As a result, cancellations or refunds are not permitted after the content has been disclosed.

This policy aligns with the "Act on the Promotion of Online Digital Content Industry" and the "Guidelines for the Protection of Digital Content Users."




Membership Subscription Refund Policy


In accordance with the law restricting the right of withdrawal, Fantrie provides clear information about services that cannot be canceled or refunded. Digital content products are delivered to customers immediately upon payment.

Refunds for recurring subscription payments are only possible in the following cases:


  1. Company-related Issues

    • Prolonged technical issues such as server downtime that remain unresolved.
    • Service unavailability for more than 12 consecutive hours due to insufficient maintenance capabilities.

  2. Creator-related Issues

    • When the creator blocks the fan from accessing their content.


Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining subscription period.




Tries Refund Policy


Unused or unredeemed Tries can be canceled within 7 days of purchase. However, the refund is only valid if the quantity of Tries matches the original purchase amount. Upon cancellation, a 100% refund will be issued via the original payment method.


For cancellations where the Tries do not match the original purchase amount or exceed the 7-day period, a 10% service fee will be deducted to prevent fraudulent transactions or unauthorized cash conversions.


If you selected "Outside of Korea" and made the payment via Stripe, currency exchange rate fluctuations and foreign transaction fees may result in a difference between the original payment amount and the refund amount. If you have a credit card issued in Korea, we recommend selecting "Domestic Payment."


To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Requests will be reviewed and processed sequentially. If a customer repeatedly submits refund requests without valid reasons or is suspected of fraudulent or malicious intent, identity verification may be required before proceeding with the refund process.
